Front Range Lacrosse Players!

Do you want to get ready for your best season yet? Come train with Authentic Performance's director of sports performance and lacrosse expert training Joel Raether!  Learn lacrosse specific speed and agility, strength and power, and rotational training to improve shooting power. 

 

This program will also feature some of the area top professional players contributing and helping players learn game specific skills and situations for on field performance as well.  This will be a unique experience for players of all ages and ability.

 

What to expect:

  • Lacrosse Specific Speed Mechanics geared toward improving in-game speed

  • Footwork and agility focused on movement dynamics for both field and box training

  • Strength training designed to improve explosive power, full strength and physical readiness for the demands of the game

  • Rotational training for increased shooting power

  • Functional based injury prevention tactics to lower shoulder, knee and back injuries commonly seen in sport

  • Positive, encouraging and dynamic environment conducive to productive and empowering training

 

 Details:  

When - Monday and Wednesday evening 7:00 - 8:00

Dates - November 2nd - Jan 27th (excluding holiday dates Nov. 25, Dec 23 & 31)

Cost - $299 (early bird price before Oct 18th - $249)
