Shaq Wiggins - DB - Tyrone, GA. - University of Tennessee
Wiggins was awarded the 2015 All-ACC Honorable Mention, and made a season-high four tackles against South Carolina as a redshirt senior at Tennessee. As a red-shirt sophomore at Louisville, Wiggins started all 13 games at corner, made 30 tackles, and led the team with 11 pass breakups. His freshmen year at Georgia, he played in 12 games and made eight starts as a true freshman for the Bulldogs, and led team with two interceptions.
Mikah Holder - WR - Oceanside, CA. - San Diego State
As a true freshman, Holder played in ten games making 5 catches for 53 yards. Holder was named "SDSU Player to Watch" by Lindy's sports as a sophomore, and played in all 14 games with 11 starts his sophomore season. A very successful junior year for Holder, he was ranked 7th in the country for catch average (21.5) and third in the Mountain West.
Jermaine Kelly Jr. - CB - Los Angeles, CA. - San Jose State
Kelly played in all 12 games and was a starter the final five games of the 2016 season at San Jose State. Credited with 26 tackles and a fumble recovery for the season, he had a single-game high six tackles at Boise State on 11/4. In his third season with the Spartans he tops the opening fall depth chart at a cornerback position.
Dale Warren - LB - Covington, GA. - Chattanooga
Warren is a four-year letter winner and played in 43 games with 18 starts during his time at Chattanooga. With 19.0 TFLs as a junior in 2016 he tied the single-season school record. Warren also participated in the College Gridiron Showcase after his senior year. His senior season he posted 35 tackles over the last five games.
Kam Melton - CB - Dothan, AL. - Troy University
Melton's junior season he recorded 36 tackles to go along with a team-high eight pass break ups and a pair of interceptions. He was ranked fourth in the conference with his seven pass break ups and posted a season-high six tackles with a sack at Idaho. Melton moved from safety to cornerback after transferring from Auburn.
Connor Hilland - OL - Stafford, VA. - William and Mary
Hilland, a four-year starter who totaled 39 starts, is also a two-time All-Colonial Athletic Association selection and was invited to East-West Shrine Game this past January. Hilland helped anchor the offensive line which produced a 1000-yard rusher three of his four seasons. As a senior he was All-CAA First Team selection, which marked the second all-league recognition of his career after earning third-team honors as a sophomore.
LA Ramsby - RB - Cincinnati, OH. - Georgia Southern
Ramsby had 84 carries for 343 yards and a team-high eight rushing touchdowns on the 2016-17 season. The previous season, he played in all 13 games, earned honorable mention honors from the Sun Belt Conference, and carried the ball 165 times for 816 yards and 13 touchdowns.
