Rob is from Reading, Massachusetts and a graduate of The Governor's Academy, a New England prep school, and The University of New Hampshire. At UNH he received a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology along with a minor in Business ('15).
He played hockey, baseball and ran track and field while at Governor's. Rob was the recipient of the hockey team's Unsung Hero Award his senior year. While attending UNH he spent two years coaching high school and middle school hockey teams, including his former high school's Junior Varsity team. During his Junior year and then upon graduating UNH, Rob completed two extensive internships with Athletic Performance Training in Falmouth, MA and Mike Boyle's Strength and Conditioning in Woburn, MA. Rob is a Certified Functional Strength Coach through Mike Boyle's Strength and Conditioning.
Before coming to us Rob was a Performance Coach at Parisi Speed school in Haverhill, MA and a head on-ice counselor for Pro Ambitions Hockey, Inc. He has many years of coaching under his belt, working with both college and professional athletes, as well as adults, high school and middle school athletes. Rob has experience with one-on-one training, sport specific training for individual teams and overall strength training for small groups.
