Patrick comes from Chicago where he was a Sports Performance Specialist for TCBOOST Sports Performance in Northbrook, IL for two years along with being the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, IL for a year. He has trained a wide range of athletes at all different levels from 8 years old to professional athletes. He has trained a variety of sports including football, soccer, baseball, hockey, tennis, track and swimming.
Patrick graduated from Florida State University with a degree in exercise science where he also played club hockey at FSU. In High School, Patrick was all-conference in football his senior year, played in the Illinois High School Hockey All-Star Game for AHAI his junior and senior year and played baseball all four years.
Patrick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Patrick has also completed all three phases of EXOS Sports Performance Mentorship in San Diego, CA and is a certified EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS). He also holds his Level 1 certification in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and is a certified National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT-B) through the Nations EMS certification.
