DRIVEN Baseball Strength Development Program:

 

 

Overview:

 

APC is excited to provide the DRIVEN  Baseball Strength Development Program for the serious baseball athlete. It is designed and implemented by experienced certified strength & conditioning professionals with backgrounds working in all amateur and professional levels of baseball and led by former MLB strength & conditioning coach Brian Jordan.

 

We pride ourselves in the fact that we are experts in strength & conditioning and know the demands and skill set needed to become an elite baseball player. Using our extensive knowledge and experience, we challenge, guide and motivate our athletes to become better baseball players through their preparation, dedication and a competitive training environment.

 

This unique program will be run with an athletic team concept much like that in a high school, college, and professional environment. We understand the value of athletes working hard together and also competing against one another, even when they are from other teams. 

 

 

Program Outline: The daily routine consists of: Dynamic Preparation, Agility/Acceleration, Strength/Power Training, and Recovery Techniques.

 

 

Need a place to work on change of direction, acceration, speed and strength before your Major League or Minor League Season? Come work with former MLB Strength & Conditioning Coach Brian Jordan in our 7500 sq ft facility.
 
 
Are you on Winter or Summer break and need a place to improve you speed, arm strength, mobility, strength and power before your Regular, Summer or Fall Baseball Season? Come be challenged and make the gains you need in our DRIVEN College program!
 
 
Come get ready for the upcoming season. Increase bat speed, velocity, acceleration, mobility and strength in our after school group program.
 
Time: 3:30pm

2x/Week- $200/Month
3x/Week- $300/Month
4x/Week- $400/Month
