Coach Dani believes in training an athlete for the longevity of their sport. Her approach to training uses movement mechanics that will teach an athlete healthy positioning. Her goal is to teach these proper and efficient movement patterns, in hopes that an athlete will transfer those patterns to his/her sport. Coach Dani values educating her athletes on “why” they do what they do in training. She likes to paint the picture for her athletes, so they make sense and value how it transfers to their sport!
