Athletic Development Program

10 week program 

Phase 1: June 5th-14th

4 Sessions - 45 minute individual or pair sessions to review basics of warmups, technique for running, lifting movements, and general terms we use at Authentic Performance. Time slots available all day from 8am to 3pm. If you have been through training at Authentic Performance in the past, you do not need to attend these sessions. $150 for 4 Sessions.

Phase 2: June 19th-August 2nd

Group Sessions - GROUPS OF NO MORE THAN 6 ATHLETES. 1 hour sessions which will progress through the skills of speed development, power, and strength. Training will be age-appropriate. We will add a second afternoon session if groups get bigger than 6 athletes (minimum of 3 athletes per group). $420 for 12 Sessions. 

Phase 3: August 7th-9th

Make Up Sessions - Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30p-5:30p. If you missed any sessions during phases 1 or 2, you can  make them up here. No added cost.
