Charlie is a Colorado native who was raised in Denver. Charlie went to Thomas Jefferson HS and Bishop Machebeuf HS and played both baseball and basketball. After playing college baseball in Nebraska, he moved back to Denver where he graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and a minor in Nutrition. Charlie interned at Authentic Performance, where he trained with a wide variety of athletes from young athletes to college athletes.
Since then Charlie has trained young athletes in athletic development, high school athletes in preparation for state and regional tournaments and college athletes in preparing for sport specific training and professional playing level. Some sports Charlie has worked with include Hockey (Evolution Hockey), Baseball, Basketball, Golf, Football, Lacrosse and Tennis. He also does personal training for general population (weight loss, muscle building and overall health).
Charlie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certified
Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified
