Baseball Agility, Strength and Mobility Assessment Day

Authentic Performance proudly presents the first Colorado Baseball Agility, Strength & Mobility Assessment Day. With the state of the art Fusion SmartSpeed technology, we will be conducting a series of agility, strength and mobility tests to assess and provide feedback on each individual athlete’s physical attributes and their areas of improvement. Here are some of the tests we will be conducting:
5-10-5 (Agility)
V-Drill (Agility)
15 yard Sprint (Acceleration)
Vertical Jump (Lower Body Strength/Power)
Pull-up (Upper Body Strength)
Power Push-up (Upper Body Strength)
Wall Test (Ankle Mobility)
Scap Test (Shoulder Mobility)
Come see where your athlete stacks up against other athletes and what they need to do to get ready for their upcoming season! Even though we have a 7500 sq. ft. facility, space is limited, so sign-up today!!
