Our Speed and Power Development Program is a group training class with an individualized approach. Our coaches believe that building athletic characteristics such as speed, power, and strength will carry over to any sport. Building a bigger base creates a higher peak in athletic success.

8 Week Program

The APC Speed and Power Athletic Development Program is designed to develop speed, strength, power, proper movement mechanics and overall athleticism for high school and middle school athletes. 

 

The power and speed program is a group training session providing a competitive environment; but still allowing an individualized type feel. Each workout is tailored to help each athlete accomplish their own goals. The focus is not to help the athlete for the upcoming season but to have a healthy long term successful career.

Schedule:

Sessions will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Athletes can choose to come to the morning session or afternoon session.

Session times:

High School Group: 7am-8:30a OR 6p-7:30p

Middle School Group: 9a-10:15a OR 4p-5:15p

There is a $40 evaluation charge if you sign up after May 16th. Save by registering EARLY by May 16th.
